1. Shipping Regions We ship goods to most countries worldwide.  

2. Processing Time Standard orders will be processed within 3–7 business days after payment confirmed. Custom orders require longer production lead time confirmed before order.  

3. Shipping Methods We offer different shipping options including standard air shipping and express courier. You can select shipping method at checkout.

 4. Customs & Import Tax All import duties, VAT, brokerage fees and local taxes at destination country are the buyer’s responsibility.  

5. Lost or Damaged Package If parcel lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately with tracking number and photos. We will assist to open investigation with carrier.
